Consumer Loan	CLINIC LOAN
Purpose	To buy a finished clinic
Applicant Profile	- Lebanese or residents for more than 10 years. - Maximum age not to exceed 64 by the end of the loan period.  - A minimum of two years working experience.
Maximum Amount	$ 100,000 (min. US $20,000)
Interest Rate	On USD : Libor + 6%
Repayment Period	up to 8 years
Required Guarantees**	- Life, total permanent disability, war risk insurance  - Fire, earthquakes, third party liability insurance - Mortgage on the property object of the loan
Distinctive Feature	-A financing up to 50% of the price of the clinic

(**)The Bank reserves itself the right to request any additional guarantees when necessary
