Job Descriptions:

Job Title:
Senior Operations Auditor

Department:
Centralized Operations Audit Department

Brief Description:
Plan and execute audit mandates.
Supervise and review the work of internal auditors.
Evaluate the work of internal auditors and provide feedback to the Head of Department.
Perform walkthroughs and update audit programs.
Assist in preparing the yearly plan and reviews of audit activities.

Competencies:
Communication Skills (in Business English specifically).
Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Audit Softwares are a plus).
Developing Others.
Creativity & Innovation.

Education:
University graduate from either AUB, USJ, LAU, or Lebanese University
Holds a designation (CIA, CPA or CA) or in the process of getting one.

Experience:
4 to 6 years of experience as external auditor in reputable audit firms
Experience in the Banking Sector is a plus.

Carry out the audit program / test, as scheduled out by the Head of IT Audit.
Perform IT Audit on assigned software and hardware systems and applications to identify and quantify risk, and provide an objective appraisal.
Review and update IT audit work charts reflecting the risks inherent throughout the group and the necessary controls to manage them.

Competencies:
Knowledge in programming languages, Database Management, Operating Systems (Windows & Unix)
IT / IT Audit Certification(s) is a plus.
Knowledge in Banking operations is a plus.

Education:
MS in Computer Science or Management Information Systems

Experience:
