WHAT IS BYBLOS BANK COOL CARD?
It is a card designed for cool people like you. It can be a prepaid card with no need to open an account at the Bank; or a credit card where you benefit from a limit on the card.

HOW OLD SHOULD I BE TO GET THIS CARD?
You can be a 13-year old and above student to be eligible for the prepaid card. As for the credit card, you must be a university student between 18 and 26 years old.

WHERE CAN I USE MY CARD?
You can use your Byblos Bank Cool Card at all outlets in Lebanon and abroad. If you wish to withdraw cash money, access Byblos Bank’s widespread ATM network available across the Lebanese territory or any other ATM in Lebanon and worldwide.

WHEN CAN I USE MY CARD?
You can use your card 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

IS MY COOL CARD SECURE?
Your Cool CARD is your safe way to pay! Don’t worry about security; your card is protected by different ways:
• A PIN code for ATM usage to give you alone access to your account in order to avoid theft or misusage.
• An SMS on your mobile phone at every transaction you make with your card at points of sale and another one with your total monthly bill at the end of each month. This allows you to keep track of your expenditures.

WHAT IS MY CARD CURRENCY?
Your Cool Card can be either in US Dollars or in Lebanese Pounds.

DO I PAY FEES AND COMMISSIONS?
No commissions are charged when using your card at any point of sale. As for ATM withdrawals, your Byblos Bank Cool Card offers the lowest fees in the country.

HOW DO I PAY BACK?
• Cool Card (prepaid): When the amount available in your account is used up, you just have to replenish your card with the amount you like.
• Cool Card (credit): This card offers you a very flexible choice of payment methods; you can choose between paying as little as 5% with a minimum of USD10, 10% or 100% of the amount. You don’t have to go to the branch because the payments are directly deducted from your Byblos Bank account.
