Consumer Loan Housing Loan
Purpose To Buy, Renovate or Build a House 
Applicant Profile  - Lebanese or residents for more than 10 years.
- Maximum age not to exceed 64 by the end of the loan period. 
- A minimum of two years working experience in the same field.
- Minimum net monthly income of $750.
- Monthly payments should not exceed 1/3 of salary/ income.
Amount  Min. $25,000 - No limitation on maximum amounts 
Interest Rate • Reduced rate first year of 6.25%, then LIBOR (1 year) + 3.5% minimum 7.25% regressive. Special rates for priority customers.
 • Benefit from a special reduced rate if the down payment is 35% of apartment valuation.
 • Special rates for premium customers.
Repayment Period  7 to 30 Years 
Distinctive Feature  - A Financing Level Up To: 70% For Finished Apartments (can reach 75% if prime location), 60% For Rented Apartments, 50% For House Construction, and 100% For House Renovation. 
- Doctors: Doctors can get a financing level up to 80% for finished apartments.
- If loan period is greater or equal to 7 years and house value is less or equal to $120,000, no mortgage fees and no stamp fees .
- Pre approved free Credit Card for the first year with max $5.000.
