Purpose To Buy, or Build your First and Principal home in Lebanon
Applicant Profile  - Lebanese residents and non residents
- Maximum age not to exceed 64 by the end of the loan period.
- Employed and self employed with a minimum of two years working experience in the same field.
- Minimum income starting $750 for residents and $2000 for non residents.
- Monthly payments should not exceed 1/3 of salary / Income
Amount  Min. $25,000 - No limitation on maximum amounts
Interest Rate Reduced and highly competitive interest rate as low as 5.68% (as of 27.Aug.09)
Repayment Period  Minimum 7 years maximum 15 Years
Distinctive Feature  -A Financing Level up to:
70% For Finished Apartments , can reach 75% in prime locations
50% For House Construction.
- Doctors can get a financing level up to 80% for finished apartments.
- If loan period is greater or equal to 7 years and house value is less or equal to $120,000, no mortgage fees and no stamp fees.
- Grace period up to 6 months
- Zero file fees
- Pre-approved Free Credit Card for the first year for every approved Housing Loan limit max $5,000.
Guarantees - First mortgage on the apartment
- Life insurance for the applicant
- Fire insurance on the apartment
