HOW TO TRANSFER MONEY TO LEBANON 
1- Choose the most convenient Byblos Bank correspondent, located in your city / country. 
2- Provide the correspondent bank with the necessary documentation pertaining to the recipient / beneficiary in Lebanon: 
 a- Full Name ( First Name/Father's Name/Family Name) 
 b- Account Number 
 c- Mobile or Telephone Number . 
 d-Passport or ID number 
 e- The Byblos Bank branch where the account is opened (if any) or any other branch location, or  
    the  branch and account number with other bank. 
3- Choose the currency in which you want to transfer your money. 
4- Select a Money Transfer mean : SWIFT. 
5- Remember Byblos Bank's SWIFT Code : BYBALBBX 

TIME TAKEN FOR TRANSFER 
• It takes 48 hours to transfer from a Byblos Bank correspondent to any Byblos Bank branch in Lebanon 
• If the currency used is in US$ and dispatched from any other country than the US, the transfer will proceed through our
intermediary correspondent Bank in USA. 

FEES TAKEN FOR TRANSFER 
•Transfers done in LBP currency to an account at Byblos Bank, will not be charged with any commissions/ fees. 
• Transfers done in a foreign currency to an account at Byblos Bank will be charged a fee of USD 5. 
•Transfers done in LBP currency not to an account at Byblos Bank, will not be charged a fee of LBP 10,000 
• Transfers done in a foreign currency not to an account at Byblos Bank will be charged a fee of USD 10 

TRANSFER MEANS 
SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication):
an international electronic intercommunication system
accessible to all those banks or financial institutions which are connected to this system. 
Telemoney:
an agreement with Byblos Bank's correspondent in Saudi Arabia, Arab National Bank for a 48 hour money transfer between the two countries in local currencies or in US$.
